Terms of Service

Astroskop is a platform for personalized astrological and numerological analyses, daily content, and a dream interpretation feature. These Terms govern the relationship between you, the user, and us, the service provider — including one-time orders for personalized PDF analyses and the premium subscription in our mobile application. Before placing an order or creating an account, please read this document carefully.
1. Service provider
The service provider is Stratoventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of New Mexico, United States of America. Stratoventures LLC operates the Astroskop platform — the astroskop.rs website and the related mobile application for iOS and Android.
"Astroskop" is the name of the platform and brand and not a separate legal entity. In this document, "we", "us", or "Astroskop" refers to Stratoventures LLC as the legally responsible party.
Customer support is primarily provided in Serbian and may also be conducted in English when needed. Contact: podrska@astroskop.rs.
2. Acceptance of terms, age, and eligibility
By accessing the website, creating an account, ordering an analysis, or subscribing to premium features in the application, you expressly confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. If you do not agree with any provision, please do not use our services.
Astroskop is intended for users aged 16 and older. Users between 16 and 18 years of age may use the platform only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16; if we receive such data without appropriate consent, we will delete it.
Geographic restrictions. The Astroskop platform is not directed at, marketed to, or made available for purchase by persons residing in the United States. Orders from users residing in the United States may be refused or cancelled without specific justification and any payment already received may be refunded to the user. By using the platform, you confirm that you do not reside in the United States.
3. What we offer
Astroskop provides the following services, available in different formats:
- One-time PDF analyses (ordered on the website): natal chart (over 30 pages), synastry — relationship analysis between two people (over 40 pages), numerology analysis (over 12 pages), and an annual horoscope with solar return. All analyses are produced and delivered electronically to your email address.
- Free content on the website: daily, monthly, and annual horoscopes by sign, blog, sign descriptions, dream interpretation, and educational articles.
- Mobile application (iOS and Android): daily messages, a personal dashboard, numerology profile, lunar calendar, and premium features (extended interpretations, dream interpretation, transit calendar) available through subscription.
4. User account
Some services (the mobile application, the dream interpretation feature, and order history) require you to create an account with an email address and password. You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of the data you submit (including date, time, and place of birth),
- the security of your password and all activity under your account,
- promptly notifying us of any loss or compromise of your account.
A single user may have only one account. We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms or that are created using false data. You may delete your account from the application via Settings → Privacy → Delete account or by emailing podrska@astroskop.rs.
5. Ordering PDF analyses, payment, and taxes
The process for ordering a one-time PDF analysis:
- You complete the form with birth data (and the data of a second person if you are ordering a synastry) and the email address for delivery.
- Payment is enabled through the methods displayed at the time of the order, which may include bank transfer, payment cards, payment via Apple App Store or Google Play, or other supported payment processors. The specific methods may vary depending on the market and type of service.
- Prices may be displayed in RSD, EUR, or USD, depending on the market, payment method, and service availability. For cross-border transactions, currency conversion may apply at the rate and rules of the payment processor or bank executing the transaction.
- Once payment is recorded (typically within 24 hours of receipt), we produce the personalized PDF and send it to the email address provided in the order.
Displayed prices include taxes and fees that we, as the service provider, are required to calculate at the time of purchase, unless otherwise indicated. Depending on your country, payment method, and payment processor, additional taxes, banking fees, or currency conversion fees may apply and are borne by the user.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the birth data you submit. If the data is inaccurate, the analysis we deliver will not be astronomically correct; this does not constitute an error on the part of the service provider.
6. Premium subscription in the application
Premium features in the mobile application are offered as a monthly or annual subscription through the Apple App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Billing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds for these subscriptions are entirely handled by Apple or Google in accordance with their rules and privacy policies. Stratoventures LLC has no access to your payment data and no technical ability to process those transactions in their place.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the terms and policies of those platforms take precedence with respect to billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds over this document.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of the period unless cancelled in your Apple ID / Google account settings at least 24 hours before the end of the period.
- After cancellation, premium access remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
- Refunds for already-charged periods should be requested directly from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or Google (Google Play → Subscriptions).
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
Users in Serbia, the European Union, and other jurisdictions have consumer rights under the mandatory local rules that apply to the specific user. We interpret and apply these terms so as not to limit those mandatory rights to the extent they actually apply.
Personalized PDF analyses (natal chart, synastry, numerology, annual horoscope) are produced based on the personal data submitted by the user and constitute digital content created to the user's specification. When the user expressly requests that production and delivery of the digital analysis begin before the expiration of the legal withdrawal period, and once the PDF has been delivered, the user to the extent permitted by applicable law loses the right of withdrawal for that specific digital product.
Before submitting an order, the user confirms consent via a checkbox with the following statement:
"I agree that the production of the personalized digital analysis begins immediately after my payment is recorded, and I understand that, once the PDF has been delivered, I have no right of withdrawal to the extent permitted by applicable law."
In any case, the following rules apply:
- If the PDF is not delivered within 7 business days of payment being recorded, the user is entitled to a full refund.
- If there is a technical error on our side in the delivered analysis (e.g., incorrect planetary positions due to a software bug), we will produce and send a corrected version free of charge.
- For the premium subscription in the application, Apple and Google rules apply (see section 6).
Refund requests and complaints should be sent to podrska@astroskop.rs. We respond within a reasonable time, and at the latest within 14 days, or within a shorter period where required by applicable law.
8. Sanovnik (dream interpretation)
The Sanovnik feature in the mobile application allows users to record and interpret their own dreams. Interpretations in the Sanovnik are produced or assisted by artificial intelligence (AI).
We strive to make the interpretations meaningful, high-quality, and personalized, but we do not guarantee complete accuracy, suitability for every life situation, or absence of errors. The Sanovnik is an informational and reflective tool — it should not be used as a basis for important life, health, or psychological decisions (see section 10).
The dream texts you submit are stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may withdraw consent for processing at any time by deleting the entry or your account.
9. Intellectual property
All content on the platform — texts, graphics, logos, design, software, templates for producing the PDF, and interpretation databases — constitutes copyrighted work of Stratoventures LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
The personalized PDF we deliver to you is licensed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use. You may store it on your devices, print it for your own purposes, and share it with close family or friends in a private context. Commercial resale, public distribution (including posting in publicly accessible groups or on blogs), and any use of the content outside a personal context is not permitted without our prior written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
All astrological analyses, numerology profiles, daily messages, the dream interpretation feature, and other content on the platform are provided for informational, educational, and entertainment purposes only. This content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, business, or any other expert advice.
Users should not rely on the content of the platform as a basis for important health, financial, legal, partnership, family, or business decisions. For such decisions, always consult a qualified professional in the appropriate field.
Astroskop does not guarantee that predictions, descriptions, or interpretations will reflect your actual life or be accurate in the sense of any scientific discipline. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Stratoventures LLC to you in connection with use of the services is limited to the amount you paid in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Prohibited use
Users are not permitted to:
- use the platform for unlawful purposes or in violation of these terms,
- attempt unauthorized access to servers, databases, or other users' accounts,
- perform automated data collection (web scraping, unauthorized API calls), artificially overload the system, or reverse-engineer the application,
- share account credentials with other persons,
- resell, redistribute, or publicly distribute the delivered content,
- abuse the payment process, including initiating unjustified chargebacks after a personalized digital product has been duly delivered in accordance with the order,
- abuse the support channels (sending offensive or threatening content, abusing the complaint process).
Violation of these provisions may result in temporary or permanent suspension of the account, without entitlement to a refund of the remaining subscription period.
12. Service availability
We strive to make the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. From time to time, due to maintenance work, updates, or events beyond our control (e.g., hosting provider outage, DDoS attack), the service may be temporarily unavailable. In such cases, no obligation to refund arises if the period of unavailability is shorter than 48 hours, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these terms. By using the platform you also accept that policy.
14. Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms when there is a justified reason (changes in the law, introduction of new services, change in pricing policy). Material changes are published on this page and additionally communicated to users by email at least 14 days before they take effect. By continuing to use the platform after the changes take effect, you accept the amended terms.
15. Dispute resolution and governing law
These terms and the relationship between users and Stratoventures LLC, to the extent permitted by law, are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights of users in Serbia, the European Union, or other jurisdictions to the extent those rights are applicable and cannot be modified by contract.
In case of a dispute, the parties will first try to reach an amicable resolution through email communication at podrska@astroskop.rs. If amicable resolution is not possible, the dispute will be resolved before the competent courts in accordance with applicable law, except where mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise (e.g., jurisdiction of the consumer's home court for consumer contracts in certain jurisdictions).
16. Out-of-court dispute resolution
Users from Serbia, the European Union, and other jurisdictions may have the right to contact competent consumer protection bodies or out-of-court dispute resolution authorities in accordance with the local laws applicable to the specific user. Before contacting such bodies, please contact us first at podrska@astroskop.rs so we can try to resolve the matter directly.
17. Final provisions
If any provision of these terms is declared null or unenforceable by a competent court, the remaining provisions remain in force unchanged. Section titles are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
